Tug Parade

A Tugboat Parade will kick off the start of the 2025 Tugboat Roundup. The parade starts at 1530ish hours (3:30ish pm) in Albany. Moving north up the Hudson River will be working tugboats from the private & public sector, privately owned tugs like the 8th Sea and the Shoofly Pie, as well as other vessels including the Port of Albany’s Spirit of Albany. Mini tugs and other smaller craft will join above the Federal Lock in Troy. This is a magnificent display of New York’s maritime industry.
